Account metrics in My Accounts
Trading-account cards bring together the account identity, platform, broker and received financial metrics. The Updated indicator shows the time associated with the displayed information. It is useful for spotting stale data, but it does not guarantee a continuous real-time feed.
Chart controls
TP and BG switch between the available chart views. The 7D, 30D and Lifetime controls change the time range; actual account cards initially use 30D, while public product examples initially use Lifetime. The white starting marker helps identify the start of the available chart series. An empty or unchanged chart is not proof that the broker has placed no trades.
Interpretation and reconciliation
Use the same account and period when comparing the website with the broker. Account balance, trading profit, open-position results and withdrawable funds are different measures. Deposits, withdrawals and costs can affect the comparison. The broker's records remain the source for confirmed trades and withdrawals; contact support if a discrepancy persists.
